Charmaine obtained her degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas. She graduated cum laude in 2007 and passed the licensure examination in 2009.

Her training in handling various projects while associated with different architectural firms moulded her personal vision for architecture. Some of these notable projects include Private Villas within the luxurious resort community of Anvaya Cove and ABS-CBN Production Offices. Such projects showcase modern designs thru progressive architecture.

After spending her short stint with ASYA Design and three years with Leandro V. Locsin Partners as Project Coordinator and Architect respectively, she decided to establish Montes Designs to pursue her own practice while she continues to manage their family’s furniture business. She is now committed to offering quality architecture and personalized professional services tailored to each project and client’s needs.
